Really had FAIRLY NICE stay especially during winter time. Great location in the centre of town, free parking on-site. Short walk to Airport:, the airport great grocery store across the street, and a tram stop T2 to the city center.

Everything there was perfect and the stuff where very welcoming. The breakfast was included, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was TERRIFIC, including an early check-in. The location was great and I could use free parking on site. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice enough area.

great location,, but limited dining options
The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the tram line that connects you to the city center and the airport. The staff were great too assist us during a family emergency, showcasing their compassion and understanding.
Dining options were quite limited on-site.

Great staff, OK stay
We stayed for 2 nights and the front desk crew was super helpful and friendly, always ready to offer tips and assistance. Our classic double room was cleaned well, but there were some noticeable chips in the walls. The breakfast in-room option was a nice touch, but the minibar was almost empty. I'd expect more for a 4-star place.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent each morning and was catered for by a friendly lady each morning. the hotel room was very nice and extremely clean each day. If we intend to visit Florence again, We will defintely be using this hotel again.

The lounge area was perfect for kicking back with a good book, and the free coffee option was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but overall, I had a great experience 😊
